Monthly Pictures

Everyone has been saying they can tell a difference after I have lost 18 pounds. I feel a little different but really did not see it for myself until this picture! So, do you see a difference, other than me being happier?

    And I'm glad you are happier -- I think that's a terrific reason to exercise/eat right/etc. -- you just FEEL better and it makes you HAPPY! :-)

    Lorie, there is definately a difference! I guess thats why pics are SO important. I was thinking the same thing about myself tonight, that I dont see a difference-at all! But it's because we are with ourselves ALL day EvERY day (LOL like there could be any other way, but you know what I mean?!. Thank you for saying that and posting a new picture! Keep up the great work, you are so gonna do this!!!
