Luscious Lemon Smoothie
8 oz. skim milk
2 Tablespoons FF/SF Lemon Pudding mix
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Cool Whip
8 ice cubes
Blend all together until all the ice is chopped.
RR: Heather shared a recipe for a Frosty using SF/FF chocolate pudding the other day on Watchin' What We Eat Wednesday and then on a message board a girl talked about making a lemon smoothie like the Frosty recipe, so I had to try one. I love lemon and this really has a great lemon flavor! I will make again! Yummy! Now, I can't wait to try some other SF/FF pudding mix flavors!
