No-Guilt Gravy


No-Guilt Gravy
2 (10.5 oz) cans 98% fat-free Cream of Chicken Soup
2 oz. reduced fat chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon Gravy Master Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Mix the soup, broth, gravy seasoning, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, and pepper in a medium saucepan. Heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Mix the milk and cornstarch in a small bowl. Bring the gravy mixture to a boil and gradually stir in the milk mixture. Continue to cook, stirring consistently for 1 minute or until thickened. Be careful not to let the bottom scorch.
Makes 12 servings, 1/3 cup each

RR: I served this with Betty Crocker pouch mashed potatoes. All you do is add water and put in the microwave. 80 calories per serving. This gravy was really good on it. My whole family liked it, but next time I am going to add less poultry seasoning because I thought it was a little salty, but then I guess gravy is suppose to be salty.
