Fiber One Apple Crisp


Fiber One Apple Crisp
1 Caramel Fiber One Bar
1 med apple
cinnamon and Splenda to taste
Fat Free Cool Whip (optional, add points)
Peel, core and slice apple. Add cinnamon and Splenda to your desired taste. Take Fiber One Bar and break in small pieces on top of the apples. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Add fat free Cool Whip if desired.
Weight Watcher Points- 3
RR: This was so good and really tasted like an Apple Crisp.

Wow! You're amazing losing all that extra pounds. I've been trying to find for an apple crisp recipe that won't make me guilty and alas, I found your blog. Thanks for sharing, I will surely try this one as I'm craving for apple crisp and I'm supposed to be on a diet.
