Hello and Welcome to Honey, I Shrank Myself. This blog is dedicated to my weight loss adventure that I am on. I am trying to loss 100 pounds! So, my giveaway is going to relate to weight loss. I am giving away a food scale. It is the one pictured above. So, if you are wanting to loss weight and help yourself with portion control, then this contest is for you! Here are the rules.

Please enter me. My husband (31) just found out he has critically high cholesterol. Scary! He's tall and not overweight, but carries the weight in his midsection. Anyway, we are learning how to eat a heart healthy diet. A food scale would be great! Portion sizes are out of control and this would make it easier for sure.

I like how this is a measuring cup. How awesome.
After my first kid, I lost the 50 lbs I gained and then an extra 15-20. Then got sick, gained 10, got prego, gained 40. Lost 25. Got sick, and gained 15.
We're back on the road to health though so I'm looking forward to losing 35-40 or even just 25 and being in shape.

Boy do I need a food scale. The digital one I have been using fell off the top of my fridge where I store it and the batteries and backing landed behind the fridge so I can't get to them unless I pull out the stove too! Winning would sure make my life easier :-)
