Congrats on the weight loss!! That's excellent. I am the same way-when I plan my meals in advance, I stay on program so much better and stay within my points (for the most part;).
Great menu. Thanks for sharing!

Love those WW recipes! Salisbury steak is one of my favoties. I make it all the time. You are doing really well with your weight loss. 2 pounds lost in a week is quite an achievement. I hope you are very proud of yourself!! You certainly should be. Very inspiring.

The Stroganoff sounds delicious! Just might have to make that one tonight. :) I need to be better and plan a week in advance. I have all these tons of recipes I wanna try and then I forget which ones when it comes to dinner time. With the stroganoff, I'm assuming you just put the cheese on top before you bake?

I just found you via but I'm going back to WW soon (been sick) and I'm definitely going to keep checking back here! I have about the same amount of weight to lose as you (well as you did congrats on 40lbs!!!).

Tried the stroganoff, only thing I'd do different is precook the noodles. We used whole wheat ones and they were still a little chewy, but even the kids liked it! Tonight it's the cheeseburger roll up!
