Since you like waffles, do you have a waffle maker? They have the Bisquick that is health smart and lower in calories that I use to make homemade waffles. You just add skim milk and egg and a little canola oil for the batter. They are so easy to make and you can make a bunch and put in the freezer bags for the week and pop them in the toaster. I usually break in half to toast. You are really doing great keeping track of your points....I admire you so much.
