This past week was okay. I lost one pound. I still am not exercising like I used to. I got to get some more motivation to start doing that again! Other than that a pretty good week. For more Fitness on Friday go to Byebye Fat Mom.
I am a mom to 4 wonderful kids. I enjoy cooking, crafts, and saving money. I work as a substitute teacher since all my kids have finally gone to school.
