Exercise Log

Well, I used to do Leslie Sansone tapes all of the time. She does the Walk Away the Pounds program. I loved the one she did on Walk and kick(it had kick boxing on it), but now I can't find the tape. So, I checked one out at the library. It is The Morning Mile Plus Abs. I love the walking parts of her videos. I can go walking right in my house and the twins actually exercised with me. I did this one and my legs were about to die after about 5 minutes. I did complete the 15 minute mile. So, I am so proud of myself. i did not do the abs part. Some things I learned from the video. Leslie says that people who exercise sleep better. She also said that people who exercise in the morning are more likely to succeed at an exercise program and they have more energy during the day. so, I think it will get easier over time, but I am just glad that I got the mile walked.
