I have been bad on exercise again last week. I guess when you quit for awhile it is harder to get back into the groove? I am doing better this week, but I went from 30 minutes to 15 and maybe I will be able to ease back into it? This week I lost 1.2 pounds. I also got my 10% key chain from Weight Watchers and my 16 week Sassy Charm for going to Weight Watchers for 16 weeks. I have really not made many new recipes this week to share with you. If you have not gotten the chance come back here on Wednesdays for Watchin' What We Eat Wednesday. I have a lot of people posting some really good healthier recipes!
