Here is a breakfast I have every now and then. I wish I could find the light English Muffins around here instead of using the 100 calorie biscuits, but that is all I have right now.
Southwestern Egg, Sausage, and Cheese Biscuit
1 100 calorie biscuit, cooked according to package directions (2 points)
1/4 cup southwestern egg beaters, cooked in frying pan with cooking spray (1 point)
1 Morning Star Sausage Patty, cooked according to package directions (1 point)
1 Weight Watcher Cheese Single (1 point)
Place all ingredients on the biscuit. Yummy! 5 point breakfast!
