RR: Almond Joy Pudding

Almond Joy Pudding
1 box sf/ff chocolate fudge pudding mix
2 cups skim milk
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 tsp coconut extract
1/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
Pour 2 cups cold skim milk into bowl. Dump in pudding mix Whisk milk and pudding mix together until mixed completely (will just begin to thicken) Add extracts and oatmeal. Whisk together and refrigerate at least 4 hours, (overnight is better.)

RR: This was just okay. The oatmeal is suppose to give the texture of coconut. This was not one of my favorite things I have tried so far.
