Monday: Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti
Tuesday:Spaghetti Casserole Bake
Wednesday:Bubble-Up Enchilada
Thursday:Southwestern Cheesy Chicken Skillet
Friday: Mom's Pizza
Saturday: Sesame Chicken with Rice
Sunday: Sweet and Sour Chicken
For Me:
Lunches: Ranch Chicken Salad, Refried Beans Soup, and leftovers
Breakfast: Low fat waffles and fruit, vegan sausage egg and cheese biscuits, oatmeal and fruit, and Cinnamon French Toast.
Snacks, desserts and kid activities: Creamsicle pudding, Chips Ahoy Dessert or Chocolate Eclair Dessert, Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crustless Dreamsicle Pie, Chex Party Mix, Fat Free Rice Krispie Treats, and Almond Joy Pudding. (Probably will not make all of this but I like having recipes ready to go to give kids activities during the summer and I need more snacks for them.)
