RR:Cheeze-It Chicken

Cheeze-It Chicken(4 servings)
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
6 TBS FF sour cream
3 oz. RF Cheeze-its, crushed
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Spray Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray. Smear raw chicken breast with sour cream (both sides), pat cheese-it crumbs on both sides. Spray top with ICBINB spray.(I also added garlic powder and salt and pepper to the top of sour cream layer) Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
8 POINTS® per serving

RR: This was really good. My whole family loved it. We will be making it again. It is also super easy to prepare! I served with green beans and mustard greens.

I've been following your blog for a couple weeks - I love all the recipes you review. I am dieting, though not using Weight Watchers, and am always looking for great low-calorie, low-fat recipes.

Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

I use fat-free Italian dressing for the marinade, or a homemade tomato garlic marinade of my own. I also use canned tomatoes (and don't add dressing or oil to the topping), and broil it instead of grilling it.

Easy, and so, so good. Hope you enjoy!
